Kelly Services is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager III for a medical technology company located in Alpharetta, GA.
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager III
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30004
Length: 4/23/18 - 7/22/18
Hours: 8am - 5pm, M-F
Pay Rate: $40 - $52 per hour
Support and manage digital workstreams (including agency & vendor management) required to integrate new website features, lead generation, dynamic messaging, data integrity and global expansion from an enterprise digital perspective. Detailed activities may include: Identifying and planning work efforts Identifying and involving integration stakeholders Reviewing technical solutions Supporting 3rd party application development Long and short term strategy development and implementation Coordinating stakeholder input and engagement Coordinating project delivery with internal IT and quality assurance teams Testing and testing coordination for new functionality Issue remediation and support Training and deployment support for program enhancements
Collect, document and analyze requests for program enhancements from internal stakeholders
General program operations support - information requests, troubleshooting, issue tracking
Author and maintain program technical documentation and integration resources
Support Associate Director in efforts to align business teams and ensure marketing, training, finance and other business functions understand and support program enhancements that impact their areas
Track and communicate status of requested program enhancements to the stakeholder community
Manage all aspects of customer service training for the NA website
Long term, short term and daily management of digital agencies and budgets
Ensure compliance to legal and brand requirements
Technical Skills and Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 7-10 years in Digital marketing experience specifically management of websites, content management tools and digital campaign management
Understanding of systems development: Marketing automation, content management systems, digital project management tools, etc
Experience managing a complex, large-scale web site project team with multiple stakeholders SEO,SEM & PPC - know how to work with the major search engines and social platforms and understand the best practice to drive leads and sales
Audience analysis - experience in identifying target audience and devising strategic campaigns that engages with that audience
Measurement - ability to leverage the latest software such as Omniture and Radian 6 to measure the success and ROI delivered by digital campaigns
Creativity - natural creative flair for inventing new and existing ways to engage with target audiences through digital media/ marketing techniques
Communication - Excellent communication skills, oral and written along with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-department, multi-stakeholder environment where priorities and participation shift
Training - ability to train the wider business internally to adopt new digital marketing skills
Ability to translate business strategies into business requirements
Strong analytical and planning abilities ensuring attention to detail
An ability to work in an unsupervised manner with a creative flair for identifying and implementing the right solution
This is also an extremely integrated and cross-functional role so experience in managing Mobile, eCommerce as well as Social Media campaigns is essential
