Kelly Services HR Business Partner in Allendale, New Jersey

Job Description

The position is based in Bergen County NJ and will support 95 employees in the US, including US headquarters and five retail stores across the country. It will report to the VP of Finance.

Domestic and international travel may be required on occasion.

This is a full-time position with full benefits. Start date: ASAP

Job Duties:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills

  • Deep knowledge of employment law and regulations required

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills

  • Specialized training in compensation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, and preventive labor relations, preferred.

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

Education and Experience

  • Experience in managing an organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction

  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs

  • Working experience in a mid-sized, international company, preferred

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in progressive Human Resources positions.
