Job Description

Customer Service Representative (Wixom, MI)

  • Interact daily with new and existing customers to provide high quality service.

  • Assisting customer on the phone

  • Taking orders and following up on orders

Monday-Friday, hours will vary sometime between 7am-6pm

Pay rate ranges from $12-$14/hour depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills - polite, friendly, helpful and courteous

  • Detail oriented, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to follow through to the end

  • Strong listening skills

  • Proficient and strong computer skills

  • Displays professionalism and a positive attitude

  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment

  • Desire to help others
