Kelly Services Part Time Administrative Assistant Needed! in West Chester, Ohio

Job Description

Kelly Services is searching for an Administrative Assistant to work in the purchasing department of our customer located in West Chester. This is a two month assignment. This employee will be working 16-24 hours per week, during first shift hours, with flexibility on the hours and days worked!

Job Duties

  • Work with the company's sites in the US to get supplies ordered quickly and efficiently.

  • Generate purchase orders and forward to appropriate suppliers.

  • Monitor the status of purchase orders with suppliers. Communicate updates with internal customers.

  • Support purchasing team on varying task that come up on a day to day basis.
