Kelly Services Production Supervisor in Wayne, Michigan
-Coach Safety, Quality and productivity objectives.
-Ensure that the objectives are being met through the following: Standardized work, and on occurrences.
-In addition, be the first responder as secondary support and source of communication to other resources.
-Use process confirmation to verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
-Support continuous improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level.
-Communicate and recognize as needed. Build team leader and team member capability; create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities/tasks.
-Complete the basic administration of supervisory responsibilities. This position manages anywhere from 30-55 people (Depending on area/zone).
-There is interaction with UAW and Upper management levels.
