You are a specialist building lasting relationships and driving candidate engagement throughout the entire placement process. As a VMS, Commercial Recruiter , you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates in Commercial (administrative, clerical) and light industrial skill disciplines .

  • Submitting candidates through VMS (vendor management system)

  • Meeting financial and activity-based measures

  • Growing revenue and profitability for your portfolio of business

  • Creating and managing candidate pipelines and assessing candidate qualifications

  • Reviewing and prioritizing candidate activity including pre-screens and interviews

  • Negotiating and closing candidates with offers and starts

  • Actively networking within the commercial and light industrial market

  • Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting for Commercial (administrative, clerical) and light industrial skill disciplines

  • 1-2 years of experience recruiting in a VMS (vendor management system) environment.

  • 1-2 years of experience using VMS tools; Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, Peoplefluent, Wand, etc.

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems); Bullhorn, Erecruit

  • Experience in recruiting processes (can show proven success with regard to the recruiting process: sourcing, qualification, placement process, and temporary employee management).

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment .

  • Experience working in a metrics environment.
