Job Description

-Direct the department hourly associates and team leaders to meet production and manufacturing metrics goals

-Plan the use of facilities, equipment, and personnel to meet current and future manufacturing requirements

  • Develop, maintain and improve product income levels through waste reduction, cost reduction, and cost improvement plans

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations issued by OSHA, EPA, EEOC, and other Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies

-Candidate will work with Continuous Improvement Manager for ongoing lean training, facilitation, and deployment at the plant level.

-Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in high speed manufacturing environment.

-A strong background and working knowledge of lean manufacturing and principles is a plus, but not required.
