Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance):

  1. Sets-up, operates and maintains production equipment. Responsible for the quality and efficiency of equipment assigned.

  2. Completes daily production records that have been assigned to work area and/or specific operations.

  3. Adheres to SOP-s and TQM policies and procedures relating to plant specific procedures.

  4. Abides by environmental, health and safety rules established for this operation.

  5. Participates in training as required.

  6. Ensures housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained.

  7. Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as TS 16949 and ISO14001.

  8. Utilizes the concepts or continuous improvement and cost reduction in the execution of the job function.

  9. Acceptable attendance is required.

  10. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job).

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  2. 1-Year of manufacturing experience preferred

Starting pay $10.00 per hour, opportunity for a .25 raise after 90 days based on performance and attendance
