Kelly Services has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Recruiter to service a premiere account. The individual will be responsible for recruiting commercial positions. Additional responsibilities entail developing and maintaining a high quality and robust pipeline of candidates, interviewing and on boarding candidates, managing background requests, and partnering with both internal and external clients.

This person must be organized, technically savvy to manage multiple databases (SharePoint, Bullhorn, KSN), have experience with diverse sourcing techniques, attention to detail and have the ability to identify “red flags” during behavioral interview process. Must be willing to conduct solid interviews and ask good questions and dig deeper.

The ideal candidate for this role should encompass the following skills sets and qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in light industrial and/or commercial, full-cycle recruiting

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

  • The ability to recruit quality talent for the customer’s demands in a short period of time

  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor

  • High energy disposition with a positive attitude

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Metrics and large project background a plus, but not required

  • Must be highly process-oriented

  • Views challenges as opportunities

  • Solutions-oriented
