Kelly Services AR and AP Associate in Sparks, Maryland

Kelly Services is currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Assistant for a company located in Sparks, MD. This is a long-term position!

Key Tasks Include:

  • Receipt of live checks from customers

  • Determine if these checks are overpayment or as the result of a discount

  • Enter all information into the system

  • Receipt of imaged checks

  • Determine where the imaged check belongs

  • Identify who the vendor is from the imaged check

  • Determine where the billing is in the process to the customer

  • Adjust records and reduce billing amounts to customers after checks are identified and applied

  • Initiate billings to customers

  • Make adjustments to records based on billings

Qualifications Include:

  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience

  • Very strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work within strict deadlines/work with a sense of urgency
