Project Manager - HR Strategic Partnerships

3-5+ years Project Management Experience (required)

Healthcare Industry Experience (preferred)

Project Management Certification (PMP) or Equivalent (required)

  1. General job duties, responsibilities, expectations:

Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects and initiatives which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables within the HR and General Healthcare field; leading multi-disciplinary groups through the process of discovery, design and implementation; coordinating resources and schedules to achieve desired goals; documenting and reporting on initiative progress and performance. Work with enterprise leadership to set priority and align targets to system performance goals. Serve as a representative for enterprise initiatives; develop relationships with customers; build an understanding of working areas; actively participate in and lead idea generation. Successful candidate will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to convey information in an intuitive and visual manner. Must possess the ability to be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Advanced working knowledge of tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint required.

Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite, preferred-Vizio, Six Sig, Lean, etc

  1. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:

PMP or equivalent required- bachelors- required

Requirements

Required skills and minimum years of experience:

Minimum of Bachelors, Ideally Masters, Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent required,

Prefer health industry experience. 3-5 yrs experience in PROJECT MANAGEMENT- required. Knowledgeable in MS Office including project management- advanced level. Highly detailed, excellent communication skills, excellent relationship skills, change management, informal leader- must have leadership skills, conflict management skills
