Job Description


On-board new clients in a timely manner using phone surveys, configurations, and interfaces.

Configure the uCentra system using internal tools and light coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Queries, Stored procedures, powershell scripts, and key value pair configurations)

Conduct web-based training sessions for clients on the use of the uCentra platform

Ensure client success through follow-up calls and emails

Monitor chat, email, and the support phone extension for customer issues

Log issue details in helpdesk system and respond in a professional and timely manner

Resolve as many issues as possible without escalation to engineering and development

Escalate technical issues to engineering using helpdesk ticket tracking system

Monitor progress on resolving escalated issues and report back to the customer

Assist with authoring of written and video-based help content

Assist with the designing, developing and delivering / implementing data solutions to include: development and testing, data solution debugging, design and implementation of a solution that follows efficient design techniques and development that meets and exceeds the intent of the design of the data solution

Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust solution

Support and maintain data and database systems to meet business delivery specifications and needs

Effectively manage day-to-day tasks / activities in coordination with a team of developers to effectively meet the deliverables and schedule of a data solution component within a larger application project


4 year Computer Science, Information Systems or comparable degree minimum required

1-2 years SQL Server development experience

Strong MS SQL Server skills

MS Certifications a plus

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to gather, analyze and distill client business processes

Technical configuration of the uCentra system, including light coding and configuration tasks

Diagnose user issues and communicate via email and through the ticketing system
