Kelly Services Receptionist- Legal Office in Sacramento, California

Job Description

Looking for a temporary Receptionist for a legal firm. This is covering for a medical leave- so approximate assignment length is a couple months.

*Please note the anticipated start date is beginning/middle of September

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering the phones (approx 5 calls per hour)

  • Setting up the conference rooms for people coming in for depositions

  • Greeting clients and visitors to the firm and inform appropriate individual of their arrival

  • Will help with filing and the legal secretaries may bring small project work to complete

  • Will handle both the incoming and outgoing mail (metering etc)

Requirements

  • At least 2 years receptionist experience required; in any field

  • Legal experience preferred but not required

  • Experienced with Outlook and MS programs

  • Proficient data entry skills; attention to detail

  • Ability to keep busy in a slower paced environment

  • Professional phone etiquette; customer service attitude mandatory
