Kelly IT has an opening for a Help Desk Technician with our client in Sacramento, CA
Leads advanced technical support team supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and medical devices etc.
Provide remote support guidance to the Windows and Macintosh advisory councils regarding client standards
Ensure client standards are maintained and followed assuring the highest quality in client support and security.
Interacts with customers to ensure client services is meeting their client support needs.
Ensure the advanced Technical Operations Center support team is available to address customer warm transfers. Provide report-outs to Leadership regarding SLAs and assist with recommendations for improvement
Deliver feedback to IT Leadership and project stakeholders, as needed, regarding project status updates and provide substantiated suggestions for process improvement.
Provides staff mentoring as a cornerstone to the success of the team.
Must have expert-level experience supporting Windows and Macintosh clients and associated peripherals in an enterprise environment.
Must have expert-level experience supporting with the operation of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
Must have expert-level experience supporting of hardware, software and desktop applications as it relates to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, multi-function devices, scanners, etc.
Must have experience in remote support of clients through use of enterprise-level remote access tools.
Must have experience in the support of Microsoft Office 365 and/or Exchange administration.
Must have the ability to work independently, set priorities, organize the work of others and meet multiple deadlines.
Must have knowledge of, and experience in the support of enterprise-level Anti-virus, Malware/Spam remediation software, and operating system-level firewall technologies.
Must have experience in leading technical staff or leading technical projects, preferably in a Healthcare environment.
Preferred skills to plan, design, write, edit, maintain, use and teach technical Guidelines and/or Knowledgebase Articles
Preferred knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Healthcare-specific policies and procedures
