$13.00 per hour
Monday - Friday
8:30 am - 5 pm
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Sales & Service Ambassadors with prospecting, settling appointments and managing their daily activity.
Account Coordinators will work in a fast paced, upbeat, competitive, professional environment. They will work as a team with Sales and Service Ambassador with one common goal, to provide the client with the most professional services in the industry so UIS can Make the Sale and Keep the client satisfied.
Must have proper verbal and phone etiquette, the desire to obtain appointments, and the desire to learn techniques to probe clients to see if they are in the market for other products offered by UIS.
Generate and schedule appointments for Sales Ambassadors to assist prospective clients in their health and insurance needs.
Communicate daily with sales ambassadors to discuss business
They must be organized and self-motivated with a positive attitude in addition to having moderate to advanced computer skills
Consistently communicates and coordinates ambassadors scheduled appointments
Achieves goals for # of appointment required for an account coordinator
Achieves goals relating in minimum close ratio
Demonstrates a strong desire to exceed goals set for appointments and sales
Prepared for weekly meetings with management
Maintains call buckets and provides efficient information for all lead appointments
Contributes to a team environment by actively participating in team decisions and activates to improve processes and build positive team cohesion
*Communicates with management any ideas or issues they are having with Sales Ambassadors
Shows initiative for improving their skills with product knowledge.
Understands and maintains computer skills and programs
Communicate, coordinate and discuss internally with logistics coordinator how to facilitate productivity for the Sales Ambassadors and their routes/appointments
Support marketing activities and integrate sales efforts with their marketing activities, product launches, campaigns and telemarketing
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
Participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and the general public
Applicant must have proper verbal and phone etiquette skills
Applicant must have strong communication skills
Applicants must have past telemarketing skills
