Hiring for Electronic ASSEMBLY OPERATORS at a Top Organization in Norwood!

2nd and 3rd shifts available with Top Pay!

$13 - $17. Per hour depending on experience level

2nd Shift - 10% Shift Differential

3rd Shift - 15% Shift Differential

Task is to operate automated equipment which includes 100% visual inspection of very small parts using a microscope. Additional inspection includes use of pin gages, go/no-go gages and force gages. Results must be documented per facility standards and in accordance with quality specifications. Take guidance from Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with small parts, tools, fixtures, microscopes and tweezers. Requires hand/eye coordination.

  • Perform routine repetitive tasks to prepare and inspect components and connectors.

  • Perform inspection functions as required using verniers, micrometers and gages as required.

  • Clear jams as applicable and inspect and package finished products.

  • Work with small parts, tools. Fixtures microscopes, tweezers. Requires hand/eye coordination.

  • Perform routine repetitive tasks to prepare and inspect components and connectors.

  • Perform inspection functions as required using verniers, micrometers and gages as required.

  • Clear jams as applicable and inspect and packages finished products.

ASSEMBLY OPERATOR II -- MINI-SPRING

  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations. Works from verbal instructions from Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Engineer, diagrams and drawings. Set up and run automated assembly equipment and complete quality checks in accordance with quality specifications.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Work with small parts, tools, fixtures and microscopes.

  • Perform routine repetitive tasks to prepare, process, assemble, manufacture, and inspect components and connectors.

  • Perform inspection functions as required using optical comparators, verniers, micrometers and gages as required.

  • Load reels of mylar strip onto assembly machines, make fine adjustments as required.
