Collections Specialist, Associate

Exciting opportunity with a fortune 500, global logistics company located in the mid-cities area of DFW

Summary

The Collections Specialist, Associate will provide administrative support to the A/R Collections team.

Essential Functions

  • Identify collections issues and forward to Resolver Group for dispute resolution.

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • Provide invoice(s) to the customer with proper backup documentation.

  • Prompt daily attendance at assigned work location.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • One year or more of outbound Collections experience preferred

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize work

  • Ability to work independently

  • Knowledge of the relationship between A/R and A/P

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Detailed oriented

  • Strong computer skills including mainframe systems and Microsoft Office

  • GetPaid experience a plus

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear
