Job Description

Now seeking motivated customer service representatives in Logan, UT!!

Advance your career by gaining knowledge of technical support processes, improving your customer service and communication skills and building client relationships.

Representatives will take inbound business to business calls. Reviewing billing questions, updating customer accounts, up selling on additional products. Candidates must be able to provide upstanding customer service on each call.

Training Schedule:

Tue-Sat 7am-3pm Weeks 1-4

Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm Weeks 5-7

Evening Training available on same days as above from 3pm-11pm

Schedule after Training: Full & Part Time Shifts Available

Available 7 days a week for any shift between 5am-8pm

Rotating schedules given out 10 days in advance

Pay Rate: $10.25 & $11.25 on Sundays

Requirements

Requirements:

-3+ months call center or direct customer service experience

-HS Diploma or GED

-Able to pass drug and background screening

-Computer skills; Type 25 WPM

-Ability to communicate effectively

-Comfortable with sales

-Looking for long term employment
