Kelly Services Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mason, OH in Mason, Ohio
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for market leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury, sports and performance eyewear located in Mason, OH.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating efforts relevant to the pre-employment process. Primary responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, pre-employment screening services, pre-employment paperwork, and sourcing/screening of internal and external candidates. This individual will represent the Talent Acquisition team by providing an outstanding candidate experience and will have the ability to build relationships with Company Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers and candidates alike as they will be a key player managing the interview process.

Start Date: ASAP
Length: 6 months (potential temp-to-hire for right talent)
Hours: 8-5 pm (flexible) Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule interviews (coordinate dates/times, invite other members of the interview team, book conference rooms, follow up with interview schedule details, coordinate travel, etc.)
Deliver a best in class interview experience for both candidates and the hiring team (greet candidates upon arrival, conduct building tours, ensure candidate and interviewers are in the right place at the right time).
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to initiate and document relevant recruiting and onboarding tasks/information
Educate new Talent Acquisition Team members on the ATS system
Ensure candidates accepting an offer transition to the next steps in the pre-screen and pre-board process
Coordinate the pre-employment background check, drug screen, and prebo-arding process
Support the Talent Acquisition department, as necessary, (i.e., setting up equipment for Skype interviews, scheduling off-site events, updating databases, etc.)
Maintain and record recruitment costs, including all relevant interview expenses, relocation costs, etc.
Seek out and recommend process improvements; implement new procedures as appropriate
Coordinate New Hire Orientation, process, schedule and guest speakers, update New Hire Orientation materials as needed.
Additional duties as assigned
Entry/junior level candidate with up to 2 – 5 years of work experience
4-year degree is required
Human Resource/Recruiting/Sourcing experience preferred
Recent Grad Student with a major in HR or and HR Administrative Assistant would also be a good fit
Need candidates that are looking for a career with growth potential
Previous scheduling experience is very important!
Would also prefer candidates with ATS experience (company uses Taleo)
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong attention to detail is a must
Organizational/time management skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, built credibility, and create partnerships at all levels within the company
Familiarity with automated applicant tracking tools, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multi-task
Able to navigate between multiple screens/browsers
Detail oriented and able to work in a team setting, while having a sense of urgency
