Kelly Services HR Administrative Assistant in Marion, North Carolina
Kelly Services is currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant for one of our top global medical device clients in Marion, NC .

Duration 3 months with possible extension. Consider this your "audition"
$12.50 per hour
Provide clerical support such as filing, data-entry and answering the general HR department phone line
Maintain and update established spreadsheets and databases
Use knowledge of the FLSA, EEOC, OFCCP, HIPPA and other regulations to ensure compliance of paper/electronic files and procedures
Perform in-depth audits on established processes and procedures
Adhere to and provide regular updates on project timelines and audit status
Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality or discrepancy issues occur
High school diploma or GED
2 years administrative experience in a fast paced office. Background in Human Resources is preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Data Entry, etc.)
Must be professional with strong communication, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
