Kelly Services HR Administrative Assistant in Marion, North Carolina

Kelly Services is currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant for one of our top global medical device clients in Marion, NC .

Responsibilities:

  • Start date ASAP

  • Duration 3 months with possible extension. Consider this your "audition"

  • $12.50 per hour

  • 1st Shift

  • Provide clerical support such as filing, data-entry and answering the general HR department phone line

  • Maintain and update established spreadsheets and databases

  • Use knowledge of the FLSA, EEOC, OFCCP, HIPPA and other regulations to ensure compliance of paper/electronic files and procedures

  • Perform in-depth audits on established processes and procedures

  • Adhere to and provide regular updates on project timelines and audit status

  • Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

  • Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality or discrepancy issues occur

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2 years administrative experience in a fast paced office. Background in Human Resources is preferred but not required

  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Data Entry, etc.)

  • Must be professional with strong communication, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
