Job Descriptions

The Solutions Architect will lead the design and development of the Identity and Access Management (IDM) application i.e. RSA Governance and Lifecycle (G&L) in an Agile environment. You will also be the technology subject matter expert responsible for technology transformation as well as designs and implementation of IDM application solutions for organization wide projects. You will lead and work with business stakeholders, developers, business analyst, quality analyst and project managers to ensure application solutions meet the business requirements.

  • Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.

  • Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.

  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.

  • Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.

  • Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.

  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.

  • Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.

  • Acts as team leader on projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in IT/Software development.

  • Experience in architecting, implementing and managing high performance scalable Java applications using Spring framework.

  • Experience working with RSA Governance & Lifecycle or compatible application.

  • Excellent application system design and development skills.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Development experience in a DevOps environment is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and customer focused.

  • Strong experience designing / developing with n-tier architecture applications.

  • Solid knowledge of OOP software concepts, design patterns, and best practices

  • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts / software technologies as needs arise

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and a responsible team-player.
