Title: Trainer/Project Coordinator
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Johns Creek GA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage project milestones and timelines; accurately gauge prioritization of projects and assignments.
Performance observation evaluations (proctor certifications and related examinations); training needs assessments; devising of development plans.
Most important decisions made with review and approval of other individuals or supervisors (include the reviews/approvals required)
Content planning, development, and creation for training initiatives/project work; purchasing/acquisition of materials and supplies.
Minimum Required: 1-5 years in manufacturing/distribution environment Intermediate training and presentation delivery ability.
Preferred Level: 6 years in manufacturing/distribution environment. Advanced training and presentation delivery ability. Advanced project management experience.
Advanced understanding of lens manufacturing/distribution processes and regulatory regulations.
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills, Effective writing ability, Effective Communication Skills.
Preferred Level: Ability to perform processes on various manufacturing equipment. Advanced level of Office suite. Advanced organizational and process improvement ability
Minimum Required: Associates degree in Technical field or Business field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Level: Bachelor degree
