Position : Help Desk Level 1

Location : Houston, TX 77064

Work hours : 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Duration : Contract to Hire

Pay : $16 - 18/hr

Job Details:

  • Creation and management of Domain and user accounts as well as assign access rights and permission to user.

  • Manage all the inventory of PCs

  • Created and assigned service desk tickets in Service-Now, to the IT support groups

  • Provide workstation Support, Networking, and Server Group, Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and 2007, Active Directory

  • Configuring the VPN, Point to point, Troubleshooting VPN client issues

  • Troubleshooting on Citrix issue as a L1 Support

  • Experience in installation of Windows, configuration, Technical troubleshooting, and support of server Hardware, operating systems, Microsoft application software.

Technology Requirements :

Service Now ticketing system AD 2012 PW reset, user account, group policy. The basics Cisco Phones Currently using UCCX 11.5 VPN

Connectivity support and Troubleshooting Citrix Currently using Go to Assist Windows operating system Preference: not required like to have Current Certs MCSC, CCNA,

Dress code is business casual Remote assess ability for emergencies, but work is onsite at office Cubicle setting 20-30 tickets a day & Team size is 4
