Purpose of role:
Responsible to deliver sales orders on time and in full, with the right documentation at the right cost.
Main GSC day to day contact with Customer Service and with Delivery Agent, this role also has connection with Demand Controller, Finance and Sales team.
Responsible to report monthly OTIF and ensure inventory in JDE is updated when re-brands are completed. Provide insights about any issue related with any delivery.
Key Results Accountabilities expected from the role
Track shipments and delivery status of Energy orders.
Search for alternatives to meet delivery dates required by the customer.
Main contact with other functions related with Energy issues.
Direct communication with the Delivery Agent and 3P Blenders to coordinate deliveries on time and in full.
Report monthly GSC KPIs ( IFOT, Working Capital, Logistic costs, Quality issues, Inventory variances , HSSE ) within GSC and with the Logistic Provider
Audit Delivery agent tote report and report any discrepancies to be corrected.
Create tote report and KPI trends for Sales team and Customer Service.
Respond timely to all HIDS (Hazards and Incidents Database System) providing details and preventative actions.
Participate in D2D (day to day forum) by presenting issues that can impact IFOT.
Monitor transactions in JDE by delivery agent are done correctly.
Review monthly inventory variances and complete repackaging (rebranding) timely in JDE to ensure inventory accuracy.
Provide Certificate of Analysis, PDS, export classification # or other document required by the customer to assure that all the orders are shipped with adequate documentation.
Daily assurance of the delivery process, interface with Customer Service and Sales.
Value Chain Creation – Work closely with Sales & Customer Service to increase collaboration to core Customers and provide better Supply Chain solutions.
Review Sales order pending report status and take action.
Adhere the Working the Castrol Way and SLA in any decision that need to be made.
Support implementation of new projects.
Monitor and control Logistic Provider operations.
Responsible for following the product return process for all returns from customers.
Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)
Minimum 3 years of experience, Lubricant business experience preferable.
Supply Chain or Administrator or related careers
Ability to work with minimum supervision, take initiative and be proactive in performing operational activities to meet customer expectations.
Customer focus oriented
Microsoft office advance level
JDE platform advance knowledge
Customer Service knowledge preferable
