Recruiter - Client Facing
Our branch recruiter is responsible for:
Collaborating with clients to source the right talent to meet their evolving business demands.
Working with prospective candidates and matching them with career opportunities that meet their goals.
Interfacing with clients in various industries onsite - conducting job fairs and orientations.
Facilitating appropriate screenings per contracts.
Being a positive representative for our organization in the local market!
The ideal candidate for this role should encompass the following skills sets and qualities:
Minimum 2 years experience in light industrial and/or commercial, full-cycle recruiting
Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
The ability to recruit quality talent for the customer s demands in a short period of time
The ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
Excellent multi tasking skills
High level of attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office suites and technically savvy
High energy disposition with a positive attitude
Exceptional problem-solving and client service skills.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
