In this position, you will be responsible for responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, enrollment and claims.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing excellent Customer Service via telephone and email.
Enter and retrieve appropriate information into the computer / databases.
Research and analyze data to address customer challenges
Monday – Friday, scheduled within the hours of 7am and 7pm. Overtime may be required.
High school diploma or GED
At least 3-6 months in a customer facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to meet expectations on the customer service evaluations required.
