Kelly Services Call Center Representative (Inbound) in Gainesville, Florida

Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for dedicated and reliable individuals for a call center located in Gainesville. Looking for extroverted candidates to handle inbound customer service and collection payment calls. Individuals must have previous call center experience.

Job duties include:

  • Handle inbound customer calls through telephone IVR dialer system

  • Explaining billing policies and procedures to customer and telephone companies

  • Maintain quality account documentation for follow-up

  • Verify customer complaints and determine accuracy of complaints

  • Adhere to the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act at all times

  • Handle confidential customer financial information


3 rotating weekdays - 3:30pm to 12:00am

Saturday & Sunday - 12:00pm to 8:00pm



Temp-to-hire position. Upon conversion to permanent position candidates will be eligible for monthly bonus based on performance.


High School Diploma or equivalent

Inbound Call Center experience

Ability to accurately type while talking
