Job Description

KellyConnect has an exciting new opportunity with a prominent retailer of fine wine. We are seeking two remote customer service professionals to act as the first level support for our online and in-store consumers. This position is scheduled to last roughly 5 months, however there is potential to be hired directly by the customer. The first week of training for this position will be done remotely. However, the second week will be conducted in Bethesda, Maryland and the customer will cover travel expenses.

Duties

Assists and educate consumers via phone, email, live chat, and social media

Consistent enthusiasm and willingness to engage with the consumer and resolve their issue on the first contact

Communicate with consumers to identify products that will make their experience successful

Build relationships with store teams by supporting them via phone and email on online orders and consumer relations

Document all interactions with consumers

Requirements

Passion to learn about wine, beer, and spirts is required

2 years of high-end retail or guest services experience

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to collaborate with other teams

Proficient with Microsoft programs

Exemplary attendance and punctuality

Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Must provide phone, headset, internet, windows computer, and quiet work environment, as the position is virtual

Must reside within 30 miles of Ballwin, MO
