Kelly Services Receptionist in Duluth, Minnesota

Kelly Services is seeking a Contract Receptionist for a large insurance company in Duluth, MN.

Job Overview: This position is responsible for creating a positive member experience by greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and positive way. The incumbent will connect guests with their appointments in a timely manner, ensuring questions and concerns are resolved. This candidate will assume responsibility for all lobby activity and building access to include logging daily activity, deliveries, lost and found items, data entry of visitor information and visits via visitor registration

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, visitors, clients, customers and employees.

  • Assist in managing schedules for the retail store employees and answering general questions via phone, email or in person

  • Log all daily activity within Salesforce through data

  • Assist the Retail Marketing Coordinator to ensure that store activities and events are ready and that waivers are signed by visiting attendees.

  • Consistently observe and support retail staff and customers by ensuring that appointment schedules are managed.

  • Follow security procedures surrounding unusual activity that may occur in or around retail centers.

  • Follow and act on security procedures as needed in retail centers

  • Perform administrative related activities

  • Must attend regularly scheduled job-related training sessions and may attend professional development courses; will perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, and 6 months office experience

  • Must be upbeat, professional and helpful to all staff and/or customers

  • Customer Focused person to person, email, telephone

  • Excellent phone skills with the ability to read, write, and fulfill simple/standard communication duties

  • Must be an excellent at multi-tasking and able to seamlessly move quickly from task to task

  • Excellent follow-through skills and willingness to take ownership of assignments Good listening and professional demeanor

  • Can work in an environment with peak and non-peak customer volumes

  • Must be able to interact with people at all different levels

  • Must be articulate with excellent communication skills

  • Must have strong computer skills Microsoft Office Suite o

  • Need strong calendaring skills in Outlook set, modify and cancel meetings easily

  • PowerPoint basic skill level

  • Salesforce basic knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bi-lingual

START DATE

  • September 2017-December 2018 or longer

PAY

  • $18.00 per hour

HOURS

  • Monday-Friday 9:30 am 6 pm (Possible Saturdays as needed)

DRESS CODE

  • The incumbent will be provided with 3 branded items to wear, example: shirt / cardigan sweater, etc.
