Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for an HR Administrator/Training Specialist in Deleon Springs, FL. The perfect candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry, developing curriculum, researching alternative learning delivery methods and analyzing training program needs.

Primary or Major Responsibilities:

Performs data entry, create and generate reports from system.

Compiles research data to be distributed to specific areas of the organization.

Will perform analysis, problem solve and make recommendations regarding specific issues.

Assist management when assigned.

Write necessary correspondence.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, luncheons, and other events.

Specialized duties may consist of recruiting and interviewing candidates for non-exempt positions, administering employee benefits, conducting employee meetings, counseling employees when needed, conducting training, contacting customers and ensuring safety

standards are met plant-wide.

Master Training Specialist

Curriculum Development

Analyzes needs, establishes learning objectives, designs, develops, markets and delivers training programs and specialized workshops relative to the manufacturing facility.

Acts as a consultant to the business regarding learning and

development needs.

Researches alternative learning delivery methods such as computer-based and satellite training programs. Recommends and implements programs which will meet facility learning and development needs. Works with appropriate business areas to implement and test technology.

Markets programs and reviews utilization records and participant evaluations.

Reviews vendor training programs and materials; makes recommendations for purchasing new programs and conducts these programs as appropriate.

Responsible for development of class curriculums and schedules.

Create/maintain a database and reports to track class attendance and program certifications.

Participates in other strategic initiatives and assumes project management role as requested.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

Certification for Human Resource Professionals ( PHR)

5 - 7 years direct experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Kronos a plus.

Ability to work independently and take initiative, commitment to deadlines

Self motivated and detail oriented

Team player with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Professional demeanor

Ability to multi-task
