Kelly Services Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

Kelly Services is currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Representative for a position in Conshohocken!

Key Tasks include:

  • Follow-up and facilitate outstanding issues as deemed necessary by their Manager:

  • Relating to the bi-weekly Accounts Receivable conference calls with the regions’ operational teams, or

  • A review of client AR Agings

  • Facilitate Invoice Adjustment Form submissions through Courier with operators

  • Provide copies of missing invoice requests by clients

  • Provide client and third-party AR statement requests

  • Assist in providing weekly client priority listing with status updates to senior management

  • Assist operators in collection escalation protocols.

  • Assist Treasury Cash Applications in posting payments or corrections and researching unapplied payments and billing issues.

Qualifications Include:

  • Background in Accounts Receivable

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong follow-up skills
