Responsibilities:

General Summary This positions primary responsibility is to service phone calls from the provider community and Provider Relations and to accurately handle the transference of verbal provider information into the corresponding system locations and to answer providers- questions regarding provider contracting and electronic claims submission status. Additional responsibilities include specialty contracting into all Company networks, the interpretation and analysis of all contracts, preparation and indexing of contracts/correspondence, loading of non-provider related information, handling of both individual and departmental route groups, and e-commerce electronic profile setup. Calls are directed through the Provider Service Line and staff is required to utilize Workforce Management for scheduling phone accessibility, breaks, and lunches.

Job Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure appropriate Turnaround Times and Quality as determined by management; - Responsible for the keying of accurate information into the current tracking and call logging system within Facets. - Handles the loading of data in FACETS IPD Imaging systems; - Participates as team player and advises management of issues adversely impacting the accurate loading and maintenance of provider information; - Works information, organizes files, and oversees document imaging process; - Works with other areas of PNC to ensure accurate and timely loading of provider information - Conducts provider surveys and promotions as requested by management. - Conducts continual personal training to stay current within a constantly changing environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education - Minimum of a 2-year degree in a related health or business field or comparable demonstrated work experience in the health delivery or insurance industry Experience - Minimum of two years experience within a Customer Service department or equivalent experience in phone interaction; - Preferred knowledge of Company provider systems with emphasis on FACETS, CACTUS and IPD Solution Suite; - Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on OUTLOOK, EXCEL and WORD Skills/Certifications - Must be a team player, be organized and have good organizational skills; - Must possess independent working skills; - Ability to solve problems via the analysis and interpretation of conducting research; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; - Ability to manage administrative processes, methodologies, implementation projects, staff education development skills and successfully conduct outcomes analysis.
