Hiring for a Full Cycle Entry Level Recruiter to work at a Top organization in Braintree!
2-3 years- experience in recruiting and sourcing.
Experience with job boards, social media and internal recruiting systems
Proven success identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
Sourcing, networking and internet searching skills
Ability to stay focused, and work in a fast-paced environment
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs
Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail and strong follow though
Associates degree required
