Job Description

A Bellingham Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help out in their office.

Ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years front office and administrative experience. We need someone who is extremely detail-oriented and knows MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. This is a FT, temp-to-hire opportunity.

We need a highly competent individual who:

  • Is a strong communicator (95% of our communications are textual/email)

  • Has the ability to wear several hats (run errands, daily office administration, travel arrangements, project management, trip logistics) and spin many plates with finesse & professionalism

  • Is teachable and willing to learn

  • Has proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and online document management

Can take initiative to seek out solutions to questions and problem solving

The candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience in office administration, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.
