As a Department Administrative Assistant you'll provide a variety of administrative support for the Service Desk organization which spans across the globe.

Responsibilities :

  • Director Administrative Support.Includes: Calendaring, Travel, Expense Reports, Status reports, communication template sending to large audiences, and ad hoc requests

  • Coordinate full range of meeting facilitating and outlook calendaring

  • On-boarding and off-boarding of resources

  • Pre-boarding of new employees (including submitting hardware/software requests for initial setup)

  • Meeting note taking

  • Power Point PPT creation / modifications using existing templates

  • Serve as the central contact for general department information

  • Respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within your scope of established authority

  • Prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources, incorporating that information into semi-complex Excel spreadsheets.

  • Maintain accurate department data, department websites, and SharePoint sites

As a Nike Soccer Expert, you will provide a premium consumer service support experience by monitoring and responding to inbound service related messages for the Soccer/Global Football category via phone, social media, email and live chat.
