Regional Outside Sales Representative – Atlanta, GA Based

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Regional Outside Sales Rep with direct field sales experience as a manufacturer or distributor representative in the food processing or chemical sales industries for one of our top clients. This will be a direct hire, remote position, based out of Atlanta, GA and responsible for a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with and manage multiple local and national distributors within a common market

  • Work independently from a home office environment

  • Travel multiple days overnight within an assigned multi-state territory

  • Work effectively in a broad range of business and selling environments from professional B2B to field end-user sales calls with distributor representatives

  • Analyze territory sales trends and market dynamics

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners and end-users in assigned territory

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all products and clearly articulate products and programs to distributors and end-users

  • Provide product training for distributor partners and end-users

  • Prepare presentation materials for distributor and end-user presentations

  • Attend local, regional, and national industry trade shows

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of direct field sales experience as a manufacturer representative or distributor representative with a proven track record in food processing and/or chemical sales

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Salesforce experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 50%
