Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced Order Administrative Representative for a temporary role for one of our top clients in Andover, MA. As an Order Administrative Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of individual activities/tasks within the International Export department. Activities include, but are not limited to data gathering, order entry, special pricing, reporting, billing allowances and any relevant administrative duties for the International Customer Service group. Contribute and show willingness in participating in projects and tasks as required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Int'l orders, monitors status of open orders and backorders.

  • Provides follow-up research and solves problems related to orders. This includes contacting the appropriate departments and people to ensure the smooth processing and shipment of orders.

  • Create reports and performs administrative duties for the customer service team.

  • Portrays a professional, friendly mature and team spirited behavior at all times towards our customers and employees within the organization.

  • Communicates with customers and sales personnel regarding orders primarily placed via the telephone.

  • Processes and expedites customer orders within an on-line system.

  • Follow up with customers and sales personnel regarding resolution for any pricing variances,

  • Unit of Measure issues & customer billing discrepancies along with compiling sales data as needed.

  • Contribute and show willingness to participate in projects and tasks as required to assure the functional group exceeds customer’s expectations at all times.

  • This includes assisting in the staffing of the department during the evenings and holidays

General Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a high volume customer service based environment OR

  • Administrative Experience, Solid Work History

  • Requires a minimum of High School Diploma, Associate Degree desirable.

  • Requires knowledge of computer systems to competently perform the necessary functions of this position.

  • Requires fundamental to moderate knowledge of business practices.

  • Must be a competent user of a PC in a business environment and have strong working knowledge of standard business Software.

Additional Information:

  • Knowledge of SAP & International Customer Service a plus.

Shifts: M-F, 8-5

Length of Contract: 12+ Month Assignment

Pay Rate: $18-20/hour
