Receive supplies and materials; maintain inventory control and records and perform related work. May operate motorized and non-motorized handling equipment.

Principal Duties:

Typical duties include verify items received with purchase order itself and also verify the quantities and quality of the order. Must deliver and retrieve supplies to and from work or storage areas, tag and issue supplies, stock the shelves and rotate inventory. They would also enter inventory and purchase orders into operating systems. Must be detailed oriented and accurate.

Qualifications:

They must be able to work in a fast paced environment. They need to have knowledge of basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. They need to communicate well with others; be comfortable entering in and accessing information on a computer; be motivated and organized; be able to bend, stoop, lift and move objects; work in dusty and dirty conditions while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Must be detailed oriented.
