Kelly Services Customer Service Representative in Albany, Oregon

Job Description

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative for a staffing agency! This position is very fast paced and requires multitasking. Hours are typically Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm but may require longer hours or weekend work depending on Customer's needs. This position requires candidates to wear many hats.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Tasks organization, attention to detail, ability to multi task, complete the daily list and keep accurate notes and records to the team for compliance.

Time management to get the tasks done within the daily schedule.

Entering information, on line application processes, programs built for compliance, IE: bckgrds, screens, reference checks, data base, ability to work in and out of programs with efficiency accuracy and completeness of each case.

Flexibility with time, hours, days. 24/7 hour company

Ability to drive and go when and where needed, Ie Job sites, meetings, customer visits, safety visits.

Ability to coach, mentor, direct and recruit, and dispatch people to jobs, to utilize the phones for high volume incoming calls and to sort and share topics to understand how to handle.

Recruiting, marketing, sales, and operation duties.


Flexibility, ability to communicate in an office environment, ability to follow directions and share, customer service orientated, positive attitude to take care of incoming tasks with success. Understand the fast paced environment and dedication to the team. Ability to ask questions and be directed in a positive manner, respond to feedback and grow in the office from information, learning from mistakes and relationships that are built with the customer and associates. Taking care of employee requests in a timely manner, appropriately.

This job requires experience and/or willingness to learn and work with team members for the answers. People who work in this office have no knowledge of the relationships that have been developed and systems in play with each and every customer separately. Willing to learn how to jump in and learn quickly, developing their own relationships with our customers and associates.
